(1.) A piece of 4' x
8' 1/2" plywood from Home Depot was cut into 8 pieces to make
them easy to transport, light to carry and easy to assemble and
dissemble if needed.
(2.) A square frame that would end up indented 6 inches from
underside of the table top was constructed from 1/2" x 3" pine.
(3.) 4 cross braces were added to the frame.
(4.) 6 legs 2" x 4" by 45" were cut from a piece of birch also
from Home Depot
(6.) Screws were used throughout the layout for quick assembly,
strength and for future easy disassembly. |

(7.) Wiring was done
under the top with small holes cut through the bracing and table
top for the lock-ons, transformer - power pack and accessories.
The ends of the wires were twisted and soldered to prevent
fraying and to make good connections to the electrical
terminals.
(8.) A piece of green felt was purchased from JoAnne's and cut
to fit and placed on the table top and stapled to the underside
the finished cover is decorative and provides a measure of sound
dampening.
(9.) The power-pack with a built in safety circuit breaker was
plugged into to a safety surge suppressor.
